A ladybug in my garden reminded me why it’s so important to identify the small things that enhance your business.

The ladybug plays a significant roll in the success of a garden (managing aphids on the fruit trees). She’s one small thing—that when combined with all the other small things—keeps my family in fresh fruit all year long.
