While there is plenty of great information on our site, nothing can compare to speaking to a real person. Feel free to contact us during our business hours 9am to 5pm PST, Monday-Friday.
Planning your visit at Fidelis
New Consultations – Monday and Thursday from 10am – 3pm. Please call ahead for an appointment.
On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, we will be open for production only. We love you, but please no drop-in’s. On these days, our lines of communication will be open via email: alan@ and jan@fidelisprintmaking.com.
If you have an urgent project, we ask you to leave a voice message on the landline 604-872-0088 on M-F between 9-5pm. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Replies to messages are guaranteed within 24 hours to coordinate a consultation on the following Monday or Thursday.

ENTER from the small loading bay, left of Fine Art Framing. Turn left of the top of stairs (6 short steps), go to the end of the hallway.
Parking
Street parking is available in front of our building and the neighbouring area. Early in the morning is recommended.
Oversize Artwork & Deliveries
Quick drop-offs or shipments may park in the small loading bay, left of the main entrance and “Fine Art Framing”. If you discover the doors to this loading bay are locked, please call us 604-872-0088.
