The choice of media is one of the most important parts of process. Every artist has their own personal preference, though some images gravitate more towards one media over the other. Below is a list of regularly stocked media that we offer.
Hot Press Bright
Uncoated, acid free, 100% cotton rag media with a bright smooth finish.
Cold Press Bright
Uncoated, acid free, 100% cotton rag media with a bright textured finish.
Matte Canvas
Uncoated, acid free, lignin free cotton-poly blend with a bright white finish.
Photo Matte
Uncoated, acid free, 100% alpha cellulose media with a bright white smooth finish.
Photo Semimatte
Coated, wide colour gamut media with a bright white low glare finish.
Photo Lustre
Coated, wide colour gamut media with a bright white textured gloss finish
Photo Gloss
Coated, wide colour gamut media with a bright white high gloss finish.

PRICE CALCULATOR
Pricing is determined by the trim size of your print, including borders. Keep in mind that volume discounts are calculated based on the total quantity of your order, which means you can mix and match images and sizes.

TURNAROUND TIMES
Turnaround times may vary depending on the current production volume and the quantity of your print order. If you have a tight timeline, contact us directly to confirm we can meet your specific deadline.
Regular Schedule – 2 to 3 business days for paper prints from previously printed files. Everything is shot on a first-in first-out basis, so be sure to book a Pick Up appointment after confirmation of your order.
New Print Schedule – 4 to 5 business days for any orders from new files that require testing. Be sure to book a Test Approval appointment after confirmation of receiving your files.
Canvas Schedule – 7 to 10 business days to allow for clear coating and stretching. To avoid clear coating delays, canvases can be stretched uncoated and you can apply your own varnish.

EXTRA ServiceS
For anyone needing a higher level of support, we are always here to help you. Below is a list of additional services that we offer and how they are calculated.
Photoshop System Time – $120 per hour, min $30 for 15 minutes of retouching or image corrections.
File Preparation – $5 per image for cropping and resizing. All files should be supplied at the exact size requested at 300 dpi in RGB.
Excess Testing – $10 per image / $5 for each additional tests required from the same image.
Special guidelines
To avoid production delays and/or additional surcharges, please follow the guidelines below before you bring in or send files.
Retouching – The optimal resolution for output is 300 dots per inch at your final print size. Do not send in multiple files with mixed resolutions.
Aspect Ratio – Be sure to confirm that cropped or resized accordingly. Your image dimensions must match the print sizes requested.
Colour Space – We recommend AdobeRGB as it has the widest gamut. sRGB is ok, though it is primarily used online for social media and websites.
Bit Depth – Convert all RAW files from 16-bit to 8-bit colour depth before sending. Higher bit depths do not provide significant benefits.
File Format – For digitally supplied files. set JPEGs to a Max 12 setting in Photoshop. Also, make sure that all PSD and TIFF files are flattened accordingly.
